This early-access site collects only the information needed to manage beta invitations and the weekly digest. It is not a place to share patient information.
The beta form stores your email, role, country, optional specialty, consent timestamp, and consent version. The digest form stores your email, consent timestamp, and consent version.
We do not ask for or want names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, clinical notes, or other patient-identifying information.
We use these details to manage early-access invitations, understand the professional audience for the product, and send the weekly guideline-change digest when you request it. We keep the information only while it serves those purposes or until you ask us to remove it.
You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of your submission by emailing franciis.scott@gmail.com. Please do not include patient information in that email.
